General Provisions

acm365 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and user activities on the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

• Personal Use: The account is for your personal use only. Betting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is not permitted.

acm365 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason.

Account Verification (KYC)

acm365 reserves the right to verify the identity of users. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal request or at any time:

acm365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Providing false or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

acm365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms apply to each bonus. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If a cash withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• acm365 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on acm365:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the outcome of any game is affected by a system error, acm365 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a disconnection, the result will be determined in accordance with acm365's established procedures.
• For cricket, football, and other sports betting, bets will be refunded if the event is cancelled.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• acm365 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit, which will be stated separately in the service terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acm365 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

1. Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimize funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
2. Fraud: Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, making false claims, or using forged documents.
3. System Exploitation: Using software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Use of Bots: Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Bonus Abuse: Strategically placing low-risk bets for the purpose of fulfilling bonus conditions.
7. Multiple Accounts: Using multiple identities or accounts.
8. Minor Access: Assisting anyone under the age of 21 in using the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

acm365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of any suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If false information is provided during the verification process.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned after verification, however the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from a user's own negligence or breach of these terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account, where the user has failed to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar events.

In no circumstances shall acm365's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the following process must be followed:

1. First Step: First, report the issue through our 24/7 live chat support or by email. Our team will investigate the matter promptly.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. We will respond within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
3. Final Decision: The decision of acm365's management authority will be considered final.

In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs and game records will be treated as the conclusive evidence.

Changes to Terms

acm365 reserves the right to modify these rules and terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

• For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered full acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure.
